Transcription: All modern day radios consist of a tuner. Nowadays, most commonly found in the STACK Hi-Fi systems, the tuners function is to receive radio signals and to play only a specific signal station selectable by the user. The radio is a tuner with a built-in amplifier which allows it to be carried anywhere. This portability has been taken to extremes with some radios smaller and slimmer than credit cards.
